This is your game… I am just here to supply the support you need, and center your team around your dream.

My Name is Fran Cox and, like many, I fell into the Title industry. In my case, I brought a background including graphic design, internet service provider technician, insurance sales, mortgage processing, HUD client services, and banking with me.

I have worked in several platforms, including Softpro, but am admittedly partial to Qualia. My particular talent is taking the standard Qualia set-up and turning it into a bespoke model that caters to your workflow needs.

After 6 years of learning the ins and outs of Title & Escrow, I became an Operations Manager for a company doing business in 2 states with 7 Offices. 5 years later, my experience didn’t just grow, it speaks for itself.

I facilitated the opening of 11 Companies, 21 title agencies, across 4 different states. I've onboarded numerous employees in every conceivable role, from 0 title background to 20+ years of experience.

The Secrets of Title:

  • Not all title companies, or even offices within a company, operate the same way.
  • The title industry, and more importantly, staff members are behind the curve in tech utility. More often than not, everyone on your team is flying by the seat of their pants.
